Delivery

First of all, thanks for shopping with us.

Getting your items to you swiftly and safely is our priority. That is why we use courier service, and ask for your order to be signed for.

The cost is the same no matter where you live in Malaysia, and YES, Sabah and Sarawak too! 

Delivery time is normally within 3-4 working days. However, if you are in Sabah or Sarawak, you may expect the delivery time to be 5-6 working days. No worries, you can check the delivery progress using the tracking information we provide.

Please note that delivery estimates do not apply during public holidays.

Sometimes there can be a delay in our couriers' tracking systems picking up consignment numbers. So if you have received an email saying your order has been sent, but it is not showing up on their system, don't panic. Just give it 24 hours and try again.

Please note that we are unable to redirect the delivery once it has been sent.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We are sure you will like our products, but we understand you may have second thoughts.

If the products have already been delivered to you, you have a period of 30 days in which you may return, starting from the day after the day you receive the products. Days mean calendar days, including weekends and public holidays.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days after the day on which we receive the returned products, or (if earlier) within 14 calendar days after the day you provide us with evidence that the products were returned to us.

If you would like to exchange the product, you can also do this within 30 days of receipt. All we need is the product to be put back in its box, the receipt/invoice you received on delivery, and a note on product you wish to exchange for.

You will need to pay the return postage and for safety, we would recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us. 

In the event of damaged or faulty products or products that do not correspond to the description given at the time of sale, we will pay for additional postage costs.

If your new product costs more, we will only charge you the difference. If it costs less, we will pay you the difference.
