Evin Baby & Mothercare Lucky Draw Terms & conditions: Eligibility The Lucky Draw is opened to any individual who fulfils the following criteria: A citizen or resident of Malaysia, over the age of 18 years old One entry per receipt. You may submit multiple entry with different receipt containing purchase of any Evin products above threshold. Only purchases above threshold made during the Lucky Draw period are entitled to participate in the Lucky Draw provided that such purchases during the period starting 22 November 2019 to 31st December 2019. AA Alive Sdn Bhd reserves the right at any time to verify the eligibility of any of the Participants and to disqualify any Participants who do not meet the above eligibility criteria. Click on the link below: https://evin2u.com/pages/contest Other details Participants may receive future promotional messages from Evin for which Participant can choose to opt out anytime via an unsubscribe link in the promotional message itself Evin reserves the right to use, publish, disclose or display the name, address, photograph, recording and/or documents of all Winners for advertising and publicity purposes, without compensation to the winners. Winners will be announced on Evin Facebook page after 20th December 2019 and contacted through the contact details stated by the Participants in the Lucky Draw Online Contest Form Winners are to revert with their requested personal details within 14 days for prize redemption. By failing to do so, entitled prizes will be forfeited and no further claims will be entertained. Evin shall endeavour to contact the winners by telephone (03 74976776) or email (based on the contact details provided with entry submitted) on a best effort basis with a maximum of three (3) attempts. The prize will be sent to winners through courier service based on the contact information & address obtained from Winner. Evin reserves the right to substitute any one of the prize(s) with items of equivalent value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash and will only be presented to winners who are able to satisfy the Evin’s prize claiming requirement as set out herein. Evin reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the Contest mechanics, the operation of this Contest or to be in violation of these Terms & Condition. The closing date of the Lucky Draw is 23:59 on 31 December 2019. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
